Joseph Lee assists a range of TPI clients with strategic, operational, and programmatic needs, including grantmaking support, social issues research, and program design, implementation, and evaluation. He also supports some of TPI’s thought leadership and field-building initiatives. Joe’s areas of expertise include research, survey design and analysis, and evaluation work in the field of philanthropy. Joe also has experience working in global health programming, higher education instruction, and organizational financial analysis.
Prior to joining TPI, Joe conducted assessment and evaluation work as a Senior Research Analyst at the Center for Effective Philanthropy. Most recently, he managed a team of researchers conducting a meta-analysis of the COVID-19 treatment landscape, which reported on COVID-19 collaborations for academic, healthcare, and philanthropic audiences. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Master’s of Science in Health Policy and Management from Harvard School of Public Health.
