Senior Noteholder
Foundations, families, and individuals can become senior noteholders in TFS through the purchase of a targeted Community Investment Note issued by Calvert Foundation. The CI Note is an obligation of Calvert Foundation and the Foundation is fully responsible to repay investors. The full value of the targeted CI Note proceeds will be lent to nonprofits and social enterprises identified through this collaboration. Special reporting is provided to all investors electing to target their Note proceeds to the Fund for Sustainability.
Minimum Investment: $5,000
Term: 3 years
Rate: 1%
