Capital Placement and Syndication
For Nonprofits -- CAP works with a handful of carefully selected nonprofit organizations with whom we have conducted due diligence and know to be "investment ready" on PRI fundraising strategies. CAP helps to structure the target investment and seek placement of capital through a variety of funders. CAP also explores, where appropriate, opportunities for co-funding and syndication, and evaluates relevant partners.CAP also works with nonprofit organizations that are “not yet investment ready’ to help them think through and develop the appropriate capacities to take on a PRI investment.
For Foundations and Individuals -- CAP also works with foundations and individuals who have an interest in PRI investments, but prefer to explore opportunities to further leverage their PRI dollars by partnering with other funders in direct investments, or leveraging additional investment from the private, public, and philanthropic sectors.
