Abstract

Peter Karoff presented this speech at The Boston Foundation on September 19, 2007, to kick off the formal launch of his national tour for The World We Want: New Dimensions in Philanthropy and Social Change.

Opening remarks were made by Paul Grogan, President of The Boston Foundation, and the speech was followed by a dynamic discussion between Peter and John Abele, founder of Boston Scientific Corporation and The Argosy Foundation.
