TPI seeks a new Vice President for Business Development

TPI is in the market for a Vice President for Business Development who will help lead the organization in accomplishing the following tasks:
• Develop a marketing and business development plan that is consistent with TPI’s strategic plan
• Create and oversee the implementation of a strategic communications plan and materials, including the website
• Conduct client and prospect research, focusing on emerging wealth, foundations with minimal organization and strategy, and corporate civic engagement
• Identify and manage new opportunities for business development, including cultivation events and partnerships
• Provide business development and sales support to client managers
• Reinforce TPI’s branding as a major voice on philanthropy and civil society
• Ground the marketing strategy and activities in an understanding of TPI’s work by participating in a small number of client engagements
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
