event: Council on Foundations 2007 Fall Conference for Community Foundations

From September 16 to 19, community foundations will gather in San Francisco, CA for an annual conference hosted by the Council on Foundations. The 2007 Fall Conference theme, "Eureka! Learn, Lead, and Grow," stresses the importance of advancing together and individually the unique role of community foundations in being "partners of place" as leaders, conveners and catalysts for positive community change.
TPI's Acting President, Ellen Remmer and Senior Fellow, Amy Ellsworth will be attending the conference, and are also organizing a convening of the TPI-facilitated Excellence in Family Philanthropy group.
