Paula Doherty Johnson
Paula Doherty Johnson is a Senior Fellow at TPI and a Research Fellow to the Global Equity Initiative at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She has twenty years of experience in international development programs to strengthen civil society, educational reform and philanthropy. She has been a senior project manager for international programs at the Educational Development Center in Newton, Massachusetts, the Harvard School of Public Health, and the Fund for Private Assistance in International Development in Washington, DC. Paula has also served as a consultant to the U.S. Committee for the United Nations Environment Program. She is a trustee and director of the Kelsey Trust, a private foundation that focuses on issues of education, children-at-risk, and the environment in the Champlain Valley (Northwest Vermont and Northeast New York). She is a graduate of Brown University (B.A. 1980) and the London School of Economics (M.Sc. 1987).
