Putnam Investments Youth Partners Program
 Over the past decade, TPI has helped Putnam Investments develop a philanthropic strategy driven by the interests of senior management and employees throughout the firm. With a focus on supporting youth career development, education and job training, Putnam's YouthPartners program has helped launch and expand innovative programs in Boston and other communities in which Putnam operates. The YouthPartners program has several unique features, such as the intensive long-term relationship Putnam develops with its grantees and the fact that employees throughout Putnam are involved at every level of the grants management process.
